Bright red fruit flavours with an aniseed spice, liquorice and white pepper dominate the nose followed by an intense perfume of fynbos, buchu and violets. The palate is medium bodied yet linear with great purity and freshness. Focused, fine, spicy tannins follow on to the end of the palate. Drink now until 2020.
